DAY
1
Arrive through the day. Early evening, there will be an orientation
programme to Indian Cuisine. This is followed by up by a cookery class
where you will be taught authentic Kashmiri cooking. Enjoy your Kashmiri
dinner after.
DAY 2
Take a trip to the Spice Village and discover the secrets of Indian
Cuisine. This is followed up by a traditional ‘Hindu Goan’
lunch at the Spice Village. In the evening you will be introduced to
the famed mustard fish of Bengal and other regional Bengali delights,
which you will then devour for dinner.
DAY 3
Your chef will introduce to you a variety of fish and vegetables at
the local ‘wet’ market. After the market trip, enjoy a traditional
Indian ‘thali’ lunch. ‘Indian Food Made Easy’
will be the theme for tonight’s cookery lesson. Recipes from across
India will be included.
